Shipping and Delivery Policy
COVID-19 Update
Due to the ongoing impact of the pandemic, all deliveries (unless deemed unsafe) will default to Authority to Leave (ATL) wherever possible. Drivers will not request physical signatures from customers/recipients.
Liability
StarPaw Voyager is not responsible for any parcels that are delivered and left unattended at the delivery address. We are also not liable for any parcels that have left our warehouse and are redirected to another address without our prior authorization.
Processing Times
Please note that promotional periods may cause delays in dispatch times.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices listed on the website do not include shipping charges. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the checkout process based on your chosen delivery method (DHL, Australia Post). The size, total weight, and quantity of the items in your cart will determine the final shipping cost.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to supplier agreements, StarPaw Voyager may be unable to sell certain products outside of Australia if there are territorial restrictions. If you attempt to order such products for delivery outside Australia, we reserve the right to block the order or cancel and refund it without prior notice.
Delivery
We require "Signature on Delivery" for all orders by default. If you request an "Authority to Leave" in a safe place, StarPaw Voyager and the shipping carrier waive all liability for the shipment.
Please note: Once a parcel has left our warehouse and is redirected to another address, StarPaw Voyager holds no responsibility.
Payment, Fulfillment, and Shipping
After placing an order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. This does not include shipping time.
Orders will be shipped to the address specified during registration/checkout upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation requests may incur a $40.00 AUD restocking and administrative fee.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive updated tracking details.
If delivery fails or the parcel is returned to the sender due to incomplete address or unknown location, StarPaw Voyager will charge a $20 AUD fee to cover return and reshipping costs.
All product launches are subject to availability. StarPaw Voyager is under no obligation to provide substitute products.
Shipping Options
StarPaw Voyager offers various domestic (Australia) and international shipping options. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and dispatched the following day. All services we offer include tracking information.
- Orders placed before 9 AM AWST on business days will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 9 AM AWST on business days will be processed the next day.
- Orders placed after 9 AM AWST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
Depending on your location, we offer the following shipping services:
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- AusPost eParcel (please allow extra time during holiday periods)
- AusPost Express eParcel (please allow extra time during holiday periods)
International Shipping
- DHL International Express (please allow extra time during holiday periods)
Order Process
- Add Items to Cart: After selecting the items you wish to purchase, proceed to checkout.
- Choose Shipping Method: Select your preferred shipping partner and delivery service.
- Calculate Shipping Costs: Shipping fees will be automatically calculated based on the size, weight, and dimensions of the items in your cart.
- Review Options: You can return to select alternative shipping options to compare prices if needed.
International Duties and Taxes
It is your responsibility to ensure that the products can be legally imported into the destination country. When ordering from StarPaw Voyager, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
Recipients of international shipments may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
If a customer refuses to pay import taxes, duties, or any fees associated with shipping, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the package. This includes the initial shipping cost, return shipping fees, and any taxes, duties, or fees incurred during shipping.
